The cutting head is an important component of the fber laser cutting machine. Themain parts include: protective lenses, collimating and focusing lenses, nozzlessensor heads, ceramic rings, etc. The cutting head accessories need to be replacedregularly, and the cutting head also needs to be maintained regularly during use toachieve better usage results.
Our product line covers 0.3KW-30KW laser cutting heads, including flat cutting, 3D cutting, bevel cutting and composite cutting types. It is suitable for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other metal materials with thickness 0-200mm, meeting the processing needs of sheet metal, aerospace, automotive parts and other industries.
Core optical components such as collimating and focusing lenses are independently developed and manufactured, with anti-reflection coating and high laser damage threshold design. Optimized optical path reduces light loss, ensures stable energy output, and achieves smooth kerf and no burrs in fine processing.
Built-in temperature, stray light and air pressure sensors to monitor the working status in real time. Equipped with anti-collision structure and automatic alarm function, it can stop working in time when an abnormality is found, avoid equipment damage and extend service life.
