Reflective Lens is the important component of handheld welding head. It is used to accurately control the position and direction of the laser beam to ensure that the laser energy accurately acts on the workpiece surface to achieve high-quality welding.
Using German imported coating equipment for vacuum ion plating, high-reflective coatings such as gold, silver, and aluminum are applied. The reflectivity for 1064nm fiber lasers is ≤99.8%, with laser energy reflection loss <0.2%. The coating adhesion reaches Grade 1 according to ISO 10962 standards, and it has excellent resistance to laser ablation and abrasion. Under continuous laser exposure, the coating is not easily peeled off or oxidized.

Selected 99.9% high-purity synthetic quartz and imported K9 optical glass as the base materials, with a light transmittance of ≥92%, no internal bubbles, impurities, or other optical defects, and a laser transmission rate deviation of ≤0.5%, which can minimize the loss of laser energy during transmission and ensure the stability of the laser beam's energy.

Different coating systems can be customized according to customer needs, compatible with various laser wavelengths such as 1064nm, 532nm, and 10.6μm. They are not only suitable for fiber laser cutting/welding equipment, but can also be used with CO2 lasers and green laser processing equipment, meeting diverse laser processing requirements.
