We support non-standard customization. The minimum order quantity for regular non-standard parts is 50-100 pieces, with a lead time of about 15 days; for high-frequency non-standard sizes, we have semi-finished products in stock, and the fastest delivery is 3 days.

The minimum order quantity for standard parts is 10 pieces, and mixed orders are supported; 1-2 free samples can be provided, but shipping costs are borne by the customer. For subsequent bulk orders, the sample shipping cost can be deducted.

What are the payment terms?

Orders in stock are shipped within 1-3 days, and custom orders within 7-15 days; logistics can be via express, air, or sea. We will recommend the most cost-effective option based on order quantity and destination.
Will there be any issues with customs clearance? Who bears the customs duties?
We provide standard commercial invoices, packing lists, and other customs documentation. We can mark items as "repair parts" upon request to reduce customs duty risks; duties are normally borne by the buyer, but it can be negotiated to include duties in the quotation.
What if the parts received are the wrong model?
If the model is incorrect due to our mistake, we will resend the correct items.
