In laser cutting, the collimating and focusing assembly is a critical optical system that shapes and directs the laser beam to achieve precise cuts. The assembly consists of two main components: a collimating lens and a focusing lens. The collimating lens makes the laser beam parallel, while the focusing lens converges the beam to a tiny spot, enabling sharp and accurate cuts.
Using a multi-layer anti-reflection coating process, the laser transmittance is increased to over 99.8%, while enhancing the laser damage resistance of optical surfaces, reducing optical losses, and improving cutting efficiency and precision.

Compatible with fiber laser sources ranging from 1000W to 20000W, it can meet various processing needs such as high-speed cutting of thin plates and precision cutting of thick plates, and can be stably applied in industries such as automotive parts, hardware processing, and kitchenware manufacturing.

Made of imported high-temperature-resistant crystal material, it can withstand temperatures above 200°C during laser processing, preventing issues such as cracking or degradation of optical performance due to high temperatures, and ensuring long-term stable operation of the components.
