Meniscus + Biconvex Lens are typically made from high-purity fused silica (also known as quartz). A meniscus lens is characterized by having one convex and one concave surface, making it thicker at the center than at the edges. A biconvex lens is characterized by having both surfaces curved outward, making it thicker in the middle. They are the components of collimating lens and focusing lens for fiber laser cutting.
High-quality optical substrates combined with professional coating processes ensure transmittance ≥92% for uncoated lenses in the visible band, ≥99.2% for AR-coated lenses, and ≥98.5% for coated lenses in the infrared band, effectively reducing light loss and improving optical system efficiency.

Adopting CNC grinding and ultrasonic polishing technology, the lenses feature scratch-free and pit-free surfaces with precise curvature, ensuring no stray light in beam transmission and no distortion in imaging.

Conventional specifications are industry universal sizes, which can be directly integrated into various optical equipment and laser systems without additional adjustment of installation structures.
