Laser ceramic ring is a crucial component in laser cutting systems, particularly fiber laser cutters. It’s made of ceramic materials and serves to support and protect the focusing lens within the laser head, ensuring precise beam alignment and accurate cutting. The ring also helps to insulate the laser head and transmit signals to the nozzle.
The main body is made of 99.9% high-purity alumina ceramic, sintered at high temperature, with a Mohs hardness of 9, offering excellent resistance to metal splashes and wear; it is paired with aerospace-grade stainless steel connectors with a tensile strength ≥500MPa, ensuring no looseness or deformation after assembly, capable of withstanding the mechanical stress of high-frequency operation of the laser cutting head.

Strictly manufactured according to the material formulas and dimensional tolerance standards of original parts from brands such as Raytools and Precitec. The ceramic thermal expansion coefficient deviates from the original parts by ≤0.001/°C. After assembly, it perfectly fits the optical path system of the cutting head, with no issues such as optical path deviation or gas leakage.

Built-in high-conductivity silver contacts with a contact resistance of less than 0.005Ω and a signal transmission delay of less than 1ms, capable of accurately transmitting the nozzle's height sensor signals and cutting control signals, ensuring micron-level positioning accuracy of the cutting head, with responsiveness increased by 40% compared to common ceramic rings.
